UM LUGAR ONDE FUI FELIZ
In this project, I wanted to capture my grandmother's "farewell" to the house she had known throughout all her married years. After my grandfather's passing and the worsening of her dementia, it became necessary for her to move in with her daughters—my mother and my aunt. This was not only a farewell for my grandmother, to a home that had slowly slipped from her memory and became less and less familiar, but also for me. This house was where I spent my entire childhood, from school holidays to countless other moments. It became my second home—a place where I was truly happy.
